Blinds, Driveway and Landscaping

Despite all the hassles of building, we LOVE our new house.

Since moving in nearly 2 months ago, it has been quite hectic juggling all the trade quotes as the year races to an end.

We have managed to 

• order some new furniture and it looks like some of it will be delivered Xmas eve :)
• get our blinds installed (we used Timbershades). Our 'temp' blinds were butchers paper from Ikea and blutack.
• get our driveway done
• get our concrete path around the house poured all but one side that is waiting on the fence to be fixed when the neighbour's build completes
• get our footpath, crossing and nature strip replaced
• get our instant lawn laid with feature pebbles
• unpack (ok, not really, we have lots of stuff sitting on the floor and a growing pile of 'stuff' to chuck)
